And...they were so ready to take that cyanide. That flicker of excitement confused him more than anything. He couldn't find anything exciting about that. ]


Meddling in the affairs of other countries to incite tensions, but also causing trouble on the local scale from time to time by terrorizing certain areas, and hiring jaegers to cause violent trouble from time to time. Just to list a few things.
