There's old scars, and then the newer bullet wounds that seem to be healing well enough. The process is probably slowed down thanks to the lack of heating here.
There's also the big round bruise in the middle of his chest. There's separate bandages for his neck that Dazai isn't going to remove. ]

[That's fine. Ango assumes that any bandages Dazai doesn't take off are covering old scars and not anything he needs to worry about right now. He's going to be inspecting the bruise first, though he does pause when he hears Dazai ask that question.]

She wouldn't. Even if she did, she would kill the Ango there to let you replace him. [ A pause. ] The me in that world would probably not be the me that you actually want either.

He still doesn't ask about the bruise, and it looks like it's superficial anyway so it's alright. Next he moves on to the bullet wounds. No sign of infection, right?]
